How do I book pet delivery?
To book your pet’s delivery, fill out the form on our website, specifying the date, time, and pick-up/drop-off addresses. Our manager will contact you within 10 minutes to confirm the details.
How can I find out the delivery cost?
The delivery cost is calculated at a rate of $1 per mile. Once we receive your request, we will send you the exact cost for your trip. The minimum delivery cost is $750.
Can I track my pet’s location during delivery?
Yes, you will receive a GPS link that allows you to track your pet’s location in real time throughout the journey.
How often will I receive updates on my pet’s status?
Every 4-5 hours, our driver will send you photo and video updates so you can see how your pet’s journey is progressing.
What documents are required for my pet’s transportation?
You will need to provide a health certificate and up-to-date vaccination records for your pet. We also take care of all necessary documentation, including a USDA license and pet insurance.
What are the feeding and walking arrangements for my pet during delivery?
We strictly follow the instructions you provide, including feeding and walking schedules. Every 4 hours during the trip, your pet will be fed, given water, and walked if necessary.
Do you provide insurance for my pet?
Yes, all our deliveries are insured for up to $15,000 for additional safety and protection of your pet.
